摘    要:目的:研究广西匙羹藤茎降血糖活性部位。方法:利用系统溶剂分离法,提取分离广西匙羹藤茎,采用紫外光谱法和薄层色谱法对各部分的提取物进行理化鉴别,并观察提取物各部分对四氧嘧啶小鼠模型血糖值的影响。结果:光谱扫描图和TLC鉴别均表明,匙羹藤茎正丁醇和95%乙醇提取物的吸收峰与斑点相似,提示两者主要成分有可能相同;药理实验结果表明,匙羹藤茎正丁醇和95%乙醇提取物能够显著降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖值。结论:匙羹藤茎正丁醇和95%乙醇提取物对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠有明显的降血糖作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the hypoglycemic active fraction of the stems of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult.Methods:The chemical constituens of the stems of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult were extracted and isolated by systematic solvents.The extracts were identified by UV and TLC.Fasted blood sugar in mice was measured by glucoseoxidase.Results:UV spectral digram and TLC identification found that n-butanol and 95% ethanolic extracts of stems had similar absorption peaks and spots,It suggested the similar chemical constituents in them.Phamacological studies found that n-butanol and 95% ethanolic extracts of stems could significantly decrease fasted blood sugar in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Conclusion:n-Butanol and 95% ethanolic extracts of stems have obvious hypoglycemic effect in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
