| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对阑尾炎诊断卜了分型的临床价值。方法回顾分析83例超声诊断为阑尾炎患者的声像图表现，并与手术及病理结果进行对照。结果与于术病碑对照，术前超声对阑尾炎的诊断准确率为97．6％，而且对阑尾炎的类型可作出初步判断，为选择手术方式捉供依据。结论超声对阑尾炎诊断与分型在临床上具有很大的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of uhrasonography in the diagnosis and classification of appendicitis. Methods Ultrasonic findings in 83 patients with clinically suspected appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed and compared with postoperative pathology. Results Compared with postoperative pathology, the accuracy of preoperative ultrasonography for diagnosing appendicitis was 97.6 %, simultaneously, preoperative ultrasonography could also preliminarily identify the classification of appendicitis and could provide important evidence for selecting operative protocol. Conclusion Uhrasonography has clinically high-practical value in the diagnosis and classification of appendicitis. |
