前臂骨折内固定失败原因分析

目的探讨前臂骨折内固定失败原因。方法本组17例，年龄17-47岁；尺骨骨折7例，桡骨骨折5例．尺桡骨双骨折5例。17例中，出现感染3例，螺钉松动6例，钢板断裂4例，髓内钉松动、退出4例（均为克氏针），第二次手术时取出内固定物，全部采用加压钢板内固定，8例辅助移植自体松质骨（颗粒状）。结果术后随访1～2年，全部骨性愈合。结论选用坚强内固定物．严格按AO骨折内固定操作技术是防止前臂骨折内固定术失败的有效方法。

Analysis on the failure cause of the internal fixation in the forearm fracture

Objective To study the failure causes of internal fixation in the forearm fracture.Methods There were seventeen patients,aged from 17 to 47 years old.The ulnar fracture was in seven patients,the radial fracture was in five patients,Both the radial and the ulnar fracture were in five patients.Among them,infection was in three patients,screw loosen was in six patients,plate broken was in four patients,intramedullary,nails loosen was in four patients.Then all the patients were treated with rigid internal fixation (DCP)after removed implants. Results Bony union were in all patients after follow-up 1 to 2 years.Conclusion Rigid internal fixation and obeying to the AO operation discipline strictly were effective means to prevent failure of internal fixation in the forearm fracture.
