摘    要:目的:了解化学剥脱对皮肤组织产生的早期影响。为中长期疗效观察,进行剥脱剂筛选与改进提供依据。方法:选择使用9种剥脱剂,将Duroc 猪作为动物模型,切片于显微镜下观察阀进行图像分析。比较各剥脱剂组皮结构的变化。结果:90%乳酸,中药剥脱剂组在表皮细胞排列上效果显著;70%乙醇酸,35%三氯乙酸,无痛酚,缓冲酚有促进胶原增生等作用;50%柠檬酸,35%三氯乙酸和缓冲酚组表皮层厚度显著增加;70%乙醇酸组黑素细胞数量减少。结论:不同剥脱剂对皮肤产生不同的组织学影响,分别表现在对表皮细胞,胶原组织,黑素细胞等的影响上。

Abstract:Objective:This study is to learn the chemical peeling's early influence on skin tissue to offer some authorities for observation of middle and long period, selection and improvement of peeling solution. Methods: 9 kinds of skin peeling solution are applied and Duroc pigs serve as the animal model, and the slides are observed with microscopy and made image pattern analysis to compare the change of skin structure of different peeling solution groups. Results: The groups of 90% lactic acid and Chinese traditional medicine solution show regular rearrangement of epidermic cells effectively, and 70% glycolic acid, 35% trichloroacetic acid, phenol without pain and buffered phenol can make proliferation and regular rearrangement of collagenous fibers effectively; the thickness of epidermis of 50% citric acid, 35% trichloroacetic acid and buffered phenol groups increase effectively; the number of melanocyte of 70% glycolic acid group decrease. Conclusion: Different peeling solutions produce different influence on skin tissue, which show respectively: regular rearrangement of epidermic cells, proliferation and rearrangement of collagen, increase of the thickness of epidermis and decrease of melanocytes.
