| 摘 要： | “5S”是一种现代化的现场管理理念,其内涵是整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和修养。其中,修养是“5S”活动的核心和精髓。通过对“5S”的学习和研讨,我们将其管理思路引入到医学工程部的日常管理中,改善工作环境,提高工作效率。
