| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与过敏性紫癜的关系.方法:选择37例腹型过敏性紫癜患者作为观察组,30例肠痉挛患者作为对照组.两组患儿分别给予14C呼气试验.结果:观察组与对照组比较,差异有显著性.结论:幽门螺杆菌感染可能是过敏性紫癜发病原因之一.
