摘    要:建立了蔬菜中乳酸的GC分析法。样品加标回收率为 99 2 4% ,RSD <0 70 % (n =16 ) ,线性范围 1 3- 40 μg·ml-1,操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好 ,有实用价值。

Abstract:Analysis of lactic acid in vegetables(e.g. waxgourd, chinese cabbage, radish, spinach)with Gas chromatography was studied. Retention time and internal standard method were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis, respectively. The standard curve of paeonilorin was y=2538 18643x(r=0.9985),recovery was 99.24%(RSD<0.70%,n=16).This method is easy and fast to operete ,and the result was sa tisfactory .
