摘    要:目的探寻蒲黄饮片炮制前后黄酮苷含量的变化。方法采用毛细管电泳法测定市售蒲黄、炒蒲黄和蒲黄炭及炮制前后蒲黄中黄酮苷含量。结果毛细管电泳缓冲体系为pH 8.4的20 mmol.ml-1硼砂溶液。香蒲新苷在1.96~78.4μg.ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,精密度RSD小于3.03%。异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷在2.04~102μg.ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,精密度RSD小于2.59%。市售的5种蒲黄中的黄酮苷(香蒲新苷和异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷)含量大于0.27%;市售的3种炒蒲黄中黄酮苷含量大于0.19%;蒲黄炭中的黄酮苷含量都很低。蒲黄中的黄酮含量与烘制法炮制的温度和时间有关。结论市售的5种蒲黄中有4种蒲黄黄酮苷含量符合《中国药典》的规定,市售的3种炒蒲黄中的黄酮苷含量均明显高于蒲黄炭。用烘制法炮制蒲黄温度控制在140℃8~12 min或170℃4 min时,黄酮苷含量降低并与市售的炒蒲黄相近。

Abstract:Objective To explore the content change of flavonoid glycosides before and after processing. Meth- otis Capillary electrophoresis was used to determine the content of flavonoid glycosides in the commercially available pol- len typhae, parched pollen typhae and carbonized pollen typhae. Results The buffer system was 20 mmol ·L^-1 sodium borate solution at pH 8. d by capillary electrophoresis. The typhaneoside concentration showed a good linear relationship in the peak area within the range of 1.96-78.4μg.ml-1 ,with the RSD below 3.03%. The isorhamnetin-3-O-neohespei- doside concentration showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2. 04-102 μg.ml-1 ,with the RSD below 2.59%. For the pollen typhae grown in different areas, the content of flavonoid glycosides (typhaneoside and isorhamne- tin-3-O-neohespeidoside) was over 0.27%, the content in parched pollen typhae was over 0. 19%, and the content in carbonized pollen typhae was low. The flavonoid glycosides content in baked pollen typhae was related to the processing time and temperature. Conclusion The content of flavonoid glycosides in four (out of five) commercially available pollen typhae complies with the Chinese pharmacopoeia regulations. The content of flavonoid glycosides in three commercially available parched pollen typhae is all significantly higher than in commercially available carbonized pollen typhae. When processed at the temperature of 140 ℃ for 8-12 min or 170 ℃ for 4 min, the flavonoid glycosides content in pollen typhae is reduced to match to amount in parched pollen typhae.
