| 摘 要： | 目的提高八宝惊风散的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中天麻素进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定天麻素的含量。选择C18柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液（3∶97）为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果在TLC图谱中可检出天麻的特征斑点。天麻素在4.212～42.12μg.ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,Y=37.492 87 X-0.878 981（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为2.0%（n=6）。结论本方法专属性好,操作简单,可用于该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the standard for quality control of Babao Jingfeng pulvis. Methods Gastrodia elata B1. in this medicine was identified by TLC. The content of gastrodin was determined by HPLC. Col- umn C18 was used with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution（3：97） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml -min-1. The detection wavelength was at 220 nm. Results Gastrodia clara B1. was identified by TLC. Gastro- din showed a good linear relationship within the range of 4. 212-42.12 μg ·ml-1, y = 37. 492 87 X - 0. 878 981 （ r =0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99.3% with an RSD of 2.0% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The established method is simple enough to be used for quality control of the preparations. |
