肛痈方治疗肛周脓肿临床观察

目的观察肛痈方对肛周脓肿进展的影响。方法将162例肛周脓肿患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用肛痈方口服及坐浴,对照组采用抗生素治疗。观察治疗前后的疼痛、发热症状及脓腔收缩率变化,并比较两组肛周脓肿切口(或溃破口)愈合时间。结果①两组治疗后疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后1、7d疼痛评分均较对照组降低(P<0.05);②两组治疗后发热评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但两组之间发热评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③治疗组脓腔收缩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并且切口愈合时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论肛痈方能控制局限肛周脓肿的炎性肿块范围,促进炎症组织吸收,缩短肛瘘形成时间,为肛周脓肿的下一步治疗创造条件。

Clinical Observation of Gangyong Recipe in Treating Perianal Abscess

Objective To observe the effect of Gangyong recipe in treating perianal absces. Methods Total 162 patients with perianal absces were randomly divided into two groups, 89 patients in treat group were given Gangyong recipe by oral administration and demibain,73 patients in control group were given antibiotics by intra-venous drip and oral administration. The symptom and sign of complications including pain, fever were evaluated by scoring system,in addition,the abscess cavity shrinkage rate and wound healing time were evaluated. Results ① The pain scores of two groups decreased obviously after treatment（P〈0. 05） ,and the pain scores of treat group on the 1st and 7th day were lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. ② The fever scores of two groups decreased obviously after treatment（P〈0.05）, and there was no statistic difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. ③The abscess cavity shrinkage rate of treat group was high than that of control group（P〈0.05） ,and the wound healing time in treat group decreased obviously compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gangyong recipe could control the inflammatory mass range of perianal abscess,promote absorption of inflammatory tissue,reduce fistula formation time,and create conditions for the further treatment of perianal abscess.
