舟山群岛地区5412例妇女高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染现状及其与宫颈病变关系研究

摘    要:目的 调查舟山群岛地区妇女高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(high risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)感染现状及其与宫颈病变的关系。 方法 2008年7月至2011年10月,采用第二代杂交捕获(HC-Ⅱ)检测技术对5412例妇女进行HR-HPV病毒负荷量检测,对HR-HPV阳性感染者行阴道镜下宫颈活组织细胞病理学分析。结合人口学及流行病学资料进行危险因素分析。 结果 舟山地区妇女HR-HPV阳性感染率为20.01%(1083/5412),并随年龄增长呈下降趋势(PPP结论 舟山地区妇女HR-HPV感染阳性率及HR-HPV阳性者宫颈病变检出率均较高,有必要通过开展广泛的HR-HPV筛查和阳性者定期随访,及时发现宫颈病变。

Abstract:Objective To understand the prevalence of high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) infection and its correlation with cervical lesions in women in Zhoushan archipelago region. Methods From July 2008 to October 2011,HR-HPV load was detected by hybrid capture Ⅱ(HC-Ⅱ) in 5412 women. Cervical biopsy was conducted for the women who were HR-HPV positive and the risk factors were determined by using demographic and epidemiologic data. Results The positive rate of HR-HPV infection was 20.01%(1083/5412), which declined with age(PPPConclusion The positive rate of HR-HPV infection and detection rates of cervical lesions in HR-HPV positive women were high in Zhoushan, it is necessary to conduct HR-HPV infection screening and follow up of positive women for the early detection of cervical lesions.
