HPLC法测定消痤搽剂中氯霉素和水杨酸含量

目的建立消痤搽剂中氯霉素与水杨酸含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Extend-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm;5μm);流动相:0.01 mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠缓冲液(pH 2.5)-甲醇(65∶35);流速:1.0 ml.min-1;柱温:35℃;检测波长:277 nm。结果氯霉素线性浓度范围为0.0413～0.1246 mg.ml-1,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.4%;水杨酸线性浓度范围为0.1031～0.8248 mg.ml-1,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.6%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于消痤搽剂质量控制中的含量测定。

Determination of Chloramphenical and Salicylic Acid in Xiaocuo Liniment by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining chloramphenical and salicylic acid in Xiaocuo liniment. Methods The column was Extend-C18 （4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of heptane sulfonic acid sodium salt buffer （ pH 2.5 ） -methanol （ 80 ： 20 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^ - 1, column temperature 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results The linear range of chloramphenicol was 0. 0413-0.1246 mg ·ml^-1, r = 0.9997, and the average recovery was 99.4%. The linear range of salicylic acid was 0. 1031-0.8248 mg·ml^-1, r =0.9998 ,and the average recovery was 99.6%. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used as for quality control of Xiaocuo liniment.
