支气管镜诊治气管及支气管异物10年回顾研究

目的探讨气管及支气管异物的临床特点及支气管镜在气管及支气管异物诊治中的作用。方法回顾性分析中南大学湘雅医院10年支气管镜诊治气管、支气管异物45例。结果年龄6～74岁，18岁以下占65．6％；有异物吸入史30例（70％），无异物史15例（30％）；异物种类以植物类最多，占55．5％；异物容易辨认37例，存留时间最短5h，病程不明15例；82．2％经支气管镜取出异物。结论异物吸入史不明确的支气管异物容易误漏诊，支气管镜是目前诊治支气管异物的最有效手段。

Diagnostic and treatment value of bronchoscopy on tracheobronchial foreign bodies:10 years retrospective study

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnostic and treatment vales of bronchial and trachobrenchial foreign bodies. Methods Patients identified with foreign bodies of the bronchial and tracbobronchial were reviewed in XiangYa Hospitalof Central South University in 10 years, The clinical data of 45 cases admitted between october 1997 and october 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The frequency of occurr from six to seventy years, eighteen of age or younger among them was 65.6% ; Have foreign body inhalation history were 30 cases（ accounting for 70% ）, Have no foreign body inhalation history were 15 cases（ accounting for 30% ） ,The most common foreign bodies were plants（ accounting for 55.5% ）. The 37 cases foreign bodies were recognized easily, the time from inhalation of foreign bodies to surgery performed was from 5 hours to uncertain time. The foreign bodies in 82.2% were removed by bronchoscopy. Conclusion Having no history of inhalation foreign body was easily misdiagnosis and leak diagnosis, the bronchoscopy is currently to make a diagnosis and give treatment the valid means in bronchial and trachobronchial foreign bodies.
