血浆同型半胱氨酸、胰岛素敏感性与冠心病的关系

目的 :了解冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸 (HCY)与胰岛素敏感性的关系。方法 :应用高效液相色谱法测定 5 7例冠心病患者和 40例健康体检者空腹血浆HCY水平 ,同时测定血浆胰岛素和血糖水平 ,胰岛素敏感性指数以血浆空腹血糖与胰岛素乘积的自然对数表示。结果 :冠心病患者血浆HCY水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,多因素回归分析表明 ,冠心病患者血浆HCY水平与胰岛素敏感性呈正相关。结论 :冠心病患者血浆HCY和胰岛素敏感性相关

Insulin Resistance Associated with Eleveted Plasma Total Homocysteine Levels in Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract:To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (HCY) and insulin sensitivity in coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Plasma HCY levels of 57 subjects with CHD and 40 healthy subjects were measured using high perfomance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection, and plasma insulin levels were measured with radioimmunology. Results:The mean plasma HCY levels was( 20.8±10.5) μmol/L for CHD patients, (10.7± 5.6 ) μmol/L for healthy subjects. Statistically, the mean plasma HCY of CHD was signifintly higher than the healthy subjects (P<0.01). In a logistic regression analysis, the plasma HCY levels was associated with insulin sensitivity in CHD patients (P<0.001).Conclusion: HCY plays an important role in the pathogenesis of CHD, and it is associated with insulin sensitivity in CHD patients.
