p185,p170、Ki-67和CD44V6的表达与原发性乳腺癌预后的关系

目的 探讨p185、p170、Ki-67和CD44V6表达与原发性乳腺癌分期、淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法对160例原发性乳腺癌组织进行p185、p170、Ki-67和CD44V6的检测。结果 随着肿瘤分期的提高,p185、p170、Ki-67和CD44V6的阳性表达均明显增加。p185、Ki-67和CD44V6表达在腋窝淋巴结转移病例明显高于无腋窝淋巴结转移病例(P<0.05或P<0.001),p170表达在转移组亦有增高趋势(X2=2.4)。4种标志物在死亡组病例的表达高于生存组(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论p185、p170、Ki-67和CD44V6联合检测对于判断乳腺癌预后和指导治疗有实用价值。

The relationship between expression of p185, p170, Ki-67 and CD44V6 and prognosis of primary breast cancer

To investigate the expression of p185, p170, Ki-67 and CD44V6 in the primary breast carcinoma and the relationship among the expression and the stage, axillary lymph nodes metastases and prognosis of the disease. Methods The expression of p185, p170, Ki-67 and GD44V6 in 160 paraffin-embed ed breast carcinoma tissues were studied with immunohistochemical S-P technique. Results The expression of pl85, p170, Ki-67 and CD44V6 in breast cancer increased remarkably as the stage growing. The expression of p185, p170, Ki-67 and CD44V6 in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without metastasis ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.001) . The expression of p170also have an increasing tendency in patients with metastasis (x2 = 2.4) . Four kinds of biological markers were significantly higher in the died group than that of alive ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.001) . Conclusion Combined detection of expression of p185, p170, Ki-67 and CD44V6 in primary breast carcinoma have practical value in prognosis and treatment.
