| 摘 要： | 本研究用柯萨奇Ｂ３病毒（ＣＶＢ３）感染ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠,诱发小鼠病毒性心肌炎。然后用中药”心复康口服液“对其进行治疗。通过检测小鼠血液和心肌组织中病毒含量、心肌组织在光镜及电镜下的病理变化及小鼠心电图的改变来观察药物疗效,获得满意结果。

| Abstract: | The animal model of viral myocarditis induced by CVB3 were established in BALB/c mice. The ill mice were treated with Chinese herbs "Xinfukang oral liquid". The titer of CVB3 in the blood and in the heart of the mice was measured respectively and the changing of the cardiac tissues was examined with the light,electron microscope. And electrocardiographic abnormality of live mice was also measured.The result showed that the Chinese herbs "Xinfukang oral liquid" has significant effect on anti-CVB3 myocarditis of mice.The animal model was favourable for selection of medicine for the prevention of viral myocarditis. |
