| 摘 要： | 目的了解广东地区G6PD缺乏症的发病情况.方法用G6PD/6PGD比值法.对7488例育龄人群进行了红细胞葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症临床检测.结果在7488例受检者中,共检出G6PD缺乏者488例,发生率为6.52%.结论广东是G6PD缺乏症的高发区,应在全省各地普及推广G6PD缺乏的大人群筛查,尤其是育龄人群的筛查.

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out the glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency incidence in Guangdong province. Methods: Blood samples from 7488 persons at repreduction-age were examined on G6PD/6PGD hematology. Results: There were 488 patients whose ratio of G6PD/6PGD were abnormal and incidence of G6PD deficiency is 6.52%. Conclusion: There is a high incidence of G6PD deficiency in Guangdong province. It is necessarily to examine blood samples on G6PD deficiency among persons at repreduction-age . |
