| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨酒依赖患者血液流变学及血脂变化，防止并发症的发生。方法：收集戒酒的住院患者80例与80例不饮酒的健康人作对照，对两者分别进行血液流变学及血脂的检测。并对两者的结果进行比较。结果：酒依赖患者全血低切黏度显著增高（P〈0.01）；血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指标显著高于正常人（P〈0．05）；红细胞变形指数、刚性指数减小（P〈0.05）；胆固醇（CH）和甘油三脂（TG）显著高于正常人（P〈0．05）。结论：酒依赖患者血液流变学及血脂异常，血液呈现高粘滞现象。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of the hemorrheology characteristics and blood-lipid in the wine-dependent patients and prevent complication.Methods:80 inpatients with stopping drinking were selected,80 normal persons were also selected as control.Their hemorrheology characteristics and blood-lipid were measured.Results: Patients' low shear one in whole blood viscosity was obviously higher(P<0.01);plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and red blood cell(RBC) conglomeration index were strikingly higher than those of normal control group(P<0.05),RBC stiffness index and RBC distortion index were lower(P<0.05);The level of CH and TG in plasma was higher than that of normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The hemorrheology characteristics and blood-lipid was abnormal in the wine-dependent patients.There were blood hypervis-semia biology index. |
