卡托普利对冠心病患者血清一氧化氮及脂质过氧化物水平的影响

摘    要:测定了80例冠心病(CHD)患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(MDA)的水平,并观察了卡托普利对CHD患者血清MDA及一氧化氮水平的影响。结果表明,1.CHD患者血清NO水平显著低于对照组,而血清MDA水平显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);2.CHD患者血清MDA水平与NO水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.01);3.卡托普利可抑制CHD患者脂质过氧化反应,降低血清MDA水平,升高血清NO水平。提示CHD患者脂质速或化反应增强,内皮功能失调,而卡托普利:可以升高NO水平,对CHD的防治具有重要意义。

Abstract:Serum nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde ( MDA )were measured in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD), and the effects of captopril on the level of NO and MDA were investigated. The results showed that 1.NO level was significantly lower and MDA higher in patients with CHD than in normal subjects. 2.Captopril significantly decreased MDA and increased NO level in patients with CHD. These indicate that CHD patients are with higher lipid peroxidation and lower NO level and captopril could inhibit lipid peroxidation and increase NO, thus could be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of CHD.
