| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝硬变患者血清可溶性白细胞介素－２受体水平及临床价值。方法：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定３８例肝硬变患者和３５名正常人血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量。结果：肝硬变患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著高于正常人组，经治疗后ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量下降。结论：测定肝硬变患者血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量，对判断患者的免疫状态有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the change of serum sIL 2R levels in patients with liver cirrhosis and evaluate its potential value in clinical application.Methods:Serum sIL 2R level was detected in 38 patients(12 detected after treatment) and 35 healthy individuals by using sandwish ELISA assay.Results:Serum sIL 2R level in liver cirrhosis was significantly higher than that in normal control and lower in patients after treatment.Conclusions:It shows that the serum level of sIL 2R level is valuable in monitoring the cellular immunity condition in these patients . |
