Abstract:	Background Billroth I (B-I) and Roux-en-Y (R-Y) reconstructions are commonly performed after distal gastrectomy. Which reconstruction procedure is superior remains controversial. We conducted a randomized controlled trial to compare the clinical efficacy of B-I and R-Y.
