甲状腺结节声像图的诊断

目的：探讨甲状腺结节声像图的共性和个性。方法：对371例甲状腺结节病人进行手术前后对照分析。结果：本组371例中，105例单发结节的病理结果：甲状腺腺瘤87例，恶性肿瘤18例；266例多发结节的病理结果：甲状腺瘤2例，结节性甲状腺肿227例，多源性甲状腺疾病35例，桥本氏病2例。结论：用超声诊断甲状腺结节可靠性强，是一种无创性、可重复且经济的影像学检查方法。

Diagnosis of Thyroid Node by Ultrasonography

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid nodes. Methods Preoperative ulteasonographies of 371 cases were comparatively studied with pathology. Results All the 371 patients underwent operation. The results of pathology were classified as: thyroid fibroadenoma,nodular goiter,multisource masses,malignant tumors,Hashimoto thyroiditis. Among the pathology of 105 cases of single node, there were 87 cases of thyroid fibroadenoma,18 cases of malignant tumors. Among the pathology of other 266 cases of mutiple nodules, there were 227 cases of nodular goiter, 2 cases of thyroid fibroadenoma, 35 cases of multisource masses and 2 cases of hashimoto thyroiditis. Conclusion Ultrasonography is helpful for diagnosing nodular goiter and thyroid fibroadenoma.
