CD90在大鼠肝癌发生过程中的表达及意义

目的研究CD90在大鼠肝癌发生过程中的表达及意义。方法免疫组织化学技术检测二乙基亚硝胺（DEN）诱发的大鼠肝癌发生过程中CD90的动态表达。结果 DEN诱发肝细胞癌诱癌率为100%,大鼠肝癌癌变过程大致分为肝细胞损伤期、增生硬化期和癌变期3个时期。在正常大鼠肝组织,无CD90阳性细胞表达。随着肝癌的发生发展,CD90阳性表达细胞逐渐增多,主要分布于汇管区周围。进入癌变期,CD90阳性细胞数量增多,弥漫分布。结论 CD90在大鼠肝癌发生过程中的表达逐渐增高,认为其与肝癌的发生发展密切有关。

The expression and significance of CD90 during hepatocarcinogenesis in rats

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD90 during hepatocarcinogenesis in rats .Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to investigate the dynamic expression of CD90 during hepatocarcinogenesis induced by diethylnitrosamine （DEN） in rats .Results 100% hepatocellular carcinoma was induced by DEN .The procession of hepatocarcinogenesis in this model included three stages ,such as hepatic toxin lesion ,hepatic proliferation/cirrhosis and hepatic carcinogenesis .There was no CD90 expression in normal liver cell .An increasing tendency of CD90 expression was shown from hepatic toxin lesion to hepatic proliferation/cirrhosis stage located mainly in periportal area .A large number of CD90 positive cells was shown in cancerous cells at terminal cancer stage .Conclusion The increasing expression of CD90 in hepatocarcinogenesis is related closely to the occurrence and development of hepatoma .
