摘    要:目的探讨3.0TMRI上新的水脂分离技术对于臂丛神经非损伤性病变的诊断价值。方法使用GE HDxt 3.0T磁共振对27位臂丛神经病变患者行MR扫描。主要磁共振脉冲序列:IDEAL。观察所获得的不同病变的MR影像学特征。结果神经鞘瘤11例,神经纤维瘤3例,转移瘤4例,原发肿瘤直接侵犯3例,臂丛神经炎性病变3例,放射性臂丛神经损伤2例,胸郭出口综合征1例。结论水脂分离技术对臂丛神经相关病变的定位,明确病变与神经的关系有重要临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the new water fat separation technology (IDEAL) on 3.0 TMRI for diagnosis values in nontraumatic brachial plexous Methods 27 patents with brachial plexus disease underwent GE HDxt 3.0T magnetic resonance , The main magnetic resonance pulse sequence was IDEAL .The characteristics of the different lesions in MR imaging was ob served .Results 11 cases of neurilemmoma ,3 cases of neurofibroma ,4 cases of metastases ,the primary tumor direct invasion in 3 cases ,3 cases of brachial plexus neuritis lesions ,2 cases of radiation injury of brachial plexus ,1 cases with Thoracic outlet syn drome .Conclusion It is important clinical value to localize brachial plexus nerve lesions and to clear relationship between dis ease and nerve in water fat separation technology .
