摘    要:目的探讨黄连及其复方的提取工艺条件。方法以盐酸小檗碱提取率为指标对黄连醇提与水提、单独提取与复方提取的不同条件进行比较,并以正交实验优选其提取工艺。结果黄连的最佳提取工艺为分别加10,10,8倍量水,煎煮3次,煎煮时间分别为1.5,1.5,1.0 h。结论实验结果为黄连及其复方制剂的工艺研究提供了实验依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the extract method of Rhizoma coptidis and the compound.MethodsCompare alcohol extraction with water extraction,single extraction with compound extraction.The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction process.ResultsThe optimum extraction condition was as follows: adding ten folds of water and decocting 1.5h respectively and then adding eight folds of water and decocting 1h finally.ConclusionIt offered basis on research for preparation technology of Rhizoma coptidis.
