药物性低血糖症29例临床分析

目的 :探讨药物性低血糖症的临床特点及治疗原则。方法 :对 2 9例药物性低血糖症的症状进行回顾性分析。结果 :2 5例药物性低血糖症在治疗后数分钟至数小时内症状缓解 ,3例分别在清醒后 2 5、3 6、5 6小时再次发生昏迷 ,有 1例因低血糖昏迷持续时间过长纠正血糖后有痴呆后遗症。结论 :药物性低血糖症的临床表现不典型 ,故在进行降血糖药物治疗中多巡视 ,早期发现、及时治疗低血糖症 ,预后良好。

Clinical analysis of 29 cases of drug-induced hypoglycemia

Objective:To evaluate drug-induced hypoglycemia and the clinical features of the symptom and the principle of treatment.Methods:A retrospective study of 29 patients with drug-induced hypoglycemia received treatment was performed.Results:The symptom of 25 patients alleviated in several minutes to a few hours after treatment. 3 patients turned into coma again at 25h,36h,56h respectively after recovery. The outcome of the patients was good through proper treatment. One patient turned into dementia because the time of coma was too long.Conclusions:The clinical features of drug-induced hypoglycemia were untypical. In using medicine to reduce blood glucose level. Patrolling patients from time to time and early diagnosis and treatment in time can prevent unreversible brain damage and other complications taking place.
