| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺治疗颈性偏头痛的疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，治疗组采用针刺治疗，对照组采用丹参注射液静脉滴注，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93．3％，对照组总有效率为73．3％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论针刺治疗颈性偏头痛效果明显。
