| 摘 要： | 过敏性紫癜(HSP)是以无菌性小血管炎为主要病变的全身性血管变态反应性出血性疾病.紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)是继发于HSP的肾小球肾炎,临床上在HSP病程中(多数6个月内)出现血尿和(或)蛋白尿即可诊断.发病机制可能与感染、过敏、免疫异常、免疫损伤等有关.现就该病在激素、抗凝剂、免疫调节、中医中药及透析、手术、移植等治疗进展方面作一综述.

| Abstract: | HSP is a systematic small vasculitis which takes the small vasculitis as the main pathological change. HSPN is the kidney pellet nephritis based on HSP, clinically, if the hematuria and(or) Albuminuria appears in the course(mostly 6 months) of HSP,then HSPN can be diagnosed.The pathogenesis is possibly the infection, the allergy, the exceptional immunity, the immunity damage,and so on.This article makes a summary on its present treatment progress, such as the hormone, Anticoagulant, immunity adjustment,Chinese medicine,dialysis,surgery and transplant. |
