空降兵部队肺结核68例临床分析

目的 探讨空降兵肺结核的临床特点及防治对策。方法 对我院1999—2002年6月收治的68例空降兵肺结核的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果(1)均为入伍后发病,平均年龄为(24.68±6.11岁),其中17～29岁者52例。(2)空降 兵肺结核临床症状较轻,其中无明显症状因体检发现者占41.2％(28/68)。(3)空降兵肺结核能得到较好的治疗,治愈率100％。结论 空降兵肺结核以17～29岁者为主,因此加强对这一部分人的防治工作有重要意义。

Clinical Analysis on 68 Patients of Airborna Troops with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis of airborne troops. Methods The clinical materials (68 patients suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis from 1999 to 2002) treated in our hospital were anlyzed retrospectively. Results (1) All the patients were ill after they joined in the troops, and the average age at which they began to suffer from the disease was (24.68±6.11). There were 52 patients whose ages were from 17 to 29. (2) The clinical symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis in airborne troops were mild, and patients without clear symptoms accounted for 41.2% (28/68 ). (3 ) The cure rate of their pulmonary tuberculosis was 100%. Conclusion It is suggestea that pulmonary tuberculosis mainly appear at the age of from 17 to 29 in airborne troops,and that persons belonging to the span be the highlight for the disease.
