人性化护理在外科手术室的应用探讨

目的:探讨人性化护理在手术室的应用及效果。方法:收集我院自2007年1月-2008年1月426例行外科手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为人性化护理干预组(213例)和对照组(213例),观察比较其护理前后患者焦虑水平及对手术室护理的满意度。结果:两组患者比较,人性化护理干预前患者焦虑情况与对照组护理前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),人性化护理干预后患者焦虑情况明显低于对照组的焦虑情况(P<0.05),有显著统计学差异。护理满意度比较,通过问卷调查形式分析总结结果示,人性化护理的护理满意度明显高于对照组单纯的常规护理(P<0.05)。结论:将人性化护理应用于手术室的手术过程中,能有效减少患者由于手术治疗带来的焦虑等负面影响,提高患者对手术室护理的满意程度。

The Discussion of Hommization Care in Application of Surgery Room

Objective:To research from the application of humanized care in the operating room and their application effect observation.Methods:Collect our hospital.all January 2007 - 2008 January 426 routine surgery as the research object,the patients were randomly assigned to humanized nursing intervention group(213 cases) and control group(213) were observed and compared their care,before and after the anxiety level and patients with the satisfaction of the operating room nurses.Results:Two groups of patients compared with patients before humanized nursing intervention and the control group nursing before anxiety compared no difference obvious(P>0.05),humanized nursing intervention patients after obviously lower than the control group of anxiety situation anxiety conditions(P<0.05),there are significant differences.Care satisfaction questionnaire forms comparative analysis of the results and humanized nursing care satisfaction obviously higher than that of the control group simple routine treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Will be applied to the operating room caring human various surgical process,can effectively reduce surgery patients because the anxiety caused by negative effects such as the patients to the operating room,improve nursing satisfaction.
