| 摘 要： | 目的：比较血管栓塞术、鼻内镜下止血、鼻腔填塞3种方法治疗老年人鼻腔后段出血的疗效。方法：将鼻腔后段出血的老年患者105例分为3组，分别用血管栓塞术、鼻内镜下止血、鼻腔填塞治疗。观察出血情况，治疗后反应及有无复发。结果：血管栓塞术较其它两种方法止血彻底，患者反应轻，复发率低。结论：血管栓塞术治疗老年人鼻腔后段出血的临床效果明显优于鼻腔填塞和鼻内镜下止血。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of three treatment methods including vascular embolism, stop-bleeding with nasal endoscopy and anterior packing of nasal cavity, for epistaxis at the back of nasal cavity in aged patients. Method:One hundred and five cases were divided into three groups. The state of bleeding,postoperative reaction and recurrence were recorded and analyzed. Result: Comparing with anterior nasal packing and stop-bleeding with nasal endoscopy, vascular embolism was characterized by thorough stop-bleeding, light reaction and less recurrence. Conclusion: Vascular embolism is an ideal way to treat epistaxis at the back of nasal cavity in aged patients,it is superior to the anterior packing of nasal cavity and stop-bleeding with nasal endoscopy. |
