摘    要:报道了Mo6+ 、SCN-、结晶紫 (CV)、曙红 (TBF)和乳化剂OP络合配位体系的特性。该体系的最大吸光度为 5 78nm ,最佳酸度为 0 .10~ 0 .2 5mol/LH2 SO4介质 ,ε578=2 9× 10 6L/ (mol·cm) ,在 5 78nm波长处 ,空白值最低。络合物的组成比为Mo(VI)∶SCN-∶CV—TBF =1∶6∶ 3。 0~ 4 .0 μgMo6+ / 5 0ml服从比尔定律 ,回收率 98%~ 10 3%。这一方法直接测定人发和血清中微量钼 ,获得满意结果 ,至今未见有类似报道

Abstract:The Spectrophotometric properties of Molybdenum(VI)-SCN-CV-TBF-Emulsifying Agent OP ligand System were studied .The system has its absorption maximun at 578 nm wit the range of in 0.10~0.25 mol/L sulfuric acid sdution .The apparent molar absorptrivity is 2.9×10 6L/(mol·cm) at λ max =578nm,and the blank correction at 578nm approaches to zero .composition ratio is Mo(VI)∶SCN∶CV-TBF=1∶6∶3.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 4.0 μg Mo 6+ /50ml.This method proves to be satisfactory for the direct Determination of Trace Mo in Serum and Human Hair .The recoveris were 98%~103%.This method have not been reported up till now.
