| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨我国高校护理学科核心竞争力评价指标体系,为我国高校护理学科发展水平评判和学科管理决策提供依据。方法：采用德尔斐法构建评价指标体系;综合评分法构建综合评判模型。结果：确定我国高校护理学科核心竞争力评价指标、指标权重和综合评判模型。结论：构建出我国高校护理学科核心竞争力评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Objective: This study aimed to explore the evaluation index system of the core nursing competency in Chinese university so as to provide evidence for the devel- opment of subject evaluation and management.
