| 摘 要： | 酪氨酸3-加单氧酶/色氨酸5-加单氧酶激活蛋白(14-3-3蛋白)是高度保守的可溶性酸性蛋白家族,它们在细胞有丝分裂、生长、分化、增殖和凋亡等过程中起重要的调控作用。其中14-3-3β蛋白在卡波肉瘤组织中高表达,与其发生、发展相关。本文就14-3-3β蛋白的特性以及与卡波肉瘤的关系予以综述。

| Abstract: | Tyrosine-3-monooxygenase/tryptophane-5-monooxy-genase activator protein(14-3-3 protein)is a family of conservative solubility acidic protein,which significant regulate the cell mitosis,growth,differentiation,proliferation and apoptosis and so on.14-3-3β protein is high expressed in tissue of Kaposi's Sarcoma and may correlate with development and prognosis of Kaposi's Sarcoma closely.This paper reviewed the characteristics of 14-3-3β protein and the relationship of 14-3-3β protein and Kaposi's Sarcoma. |
