伪膜性肠炎的药物治疗方案与评价

目的:了解伪膜性肠炎的机制和治疗方案,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:查阅国内外近期相关文献对伪膜性肠炎的病原学、发病机制及防治进行分析评价。结果及结论:抗生素的大量应用导致伪膜性肠炎发病率逐渐攀升,艰难梭菌为其主要致病菌。为有效控制伪膜性肠炎的发病应合理使用抗生素,严格控制用药指征。

Drug Treatment Plan and Evaluation of Pseudomembranous Enterocolitis

OBJECTIVE:To understand the mechanism and treatment plan of pseudomembranous enterocolitis, in order to provide some references for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS: By looking up recent pertinent literatures at home and abroad, the etiology, pathogenesy, prevention and cure of pseudomembranous enterocolitis were analyzed and evaluated. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The use of a great deal of antibiotics has resulted in gradually increasing of the incidence of pseudomembranous enterocolitis, clostridium difficile is the main pathogenic bacterial. In order to effectively control the onset of pseudomembranous enterocolitis, antibiotics should be rationally used and the indication of drug use must be strictly controlled.
