自制大肠菌群快速检测纸片使用质量观察

摘    要:本文以已有研究生产的12~15h大肠菌群快速检测纸片为基础,对原有配方比例进行改进,并在配方上增加一种细菌生长所需要的营养成分牛肉浸膏,自制出可同时检测水质和食品大肠菌群的多功能纸片,并在吐鲁番市应用于餐具消毒及水质监测中。对其质量观察结果表明,检测水质时,自制纸片与发酵法的符合率、合格率相一致;检测餐具消毒时,与市售标准纸片的符合率、合格率相一致。该自制纸片在使用过程中具有多功能、快速、简便、实用于基层等优点。

Observation of the Rapid Manufactured Paper Disc for Identification of E.Coli Groups
Abstract:A new kind of paper disc for identification of E. Coli groups was producted, which is based on a kind of original paper disc produced for 12-15 hours rapid identification of E. Coli groups uscd for food. The present revised paper disc is used not only for food but also for water identification at the same time. We have examined the effect of the self-manufactured paper disc and fermentation tube against with water sample and the method of self-manufactured paper disc and the market paper disc against with food sample in Tulufan city. The result showed that the rate of coincidence and qualification were equal. And this self-manufactured paper disc has many advantages, such as multiple functions, rapid, operating easier, cheaper and no need of special equipment, especially it is suitable for basic units.
