国产药物洗脱支架在急性冠脉综合征介入治疗的应用

目的评价Excel在ACSPCI中的安全性和有效性。方法87例ACS患者,其中ST段抬高性心肌梗死39例,非ST段抬高性心肌梗死22例,不稳定型心绞痛26例,在行PCI过程中置入国产药物洗脱支架—Excel支架。结果所有患者均成功地完成了PCI,共置入Excel支架132枚,随访期间无严重心脏不良事件发生,17例患者术后6个月复查冠状动脉造影,仅1例直径狭窄50%。结论国产药物洗脱支架可安全、有效地应用于ACS患者。

Use of Chinese Drug Eluting Excel Stent in the Intervention with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of domestic sirolimus-eluting Excel stent in the intervention of acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods 87 patients with ACS,of which 39 patients had STEMI,22 patients had NSTEMI and 26 patients had unstable angina(UA), had been treated with Excel stents. Results 87 patients were successfully treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),total 132 Excel stents were implanted.At follow-up after operations,no severe adverse cardiac events happened,only one patient appeared instent restenosis 50% in 17 patients who received coronary angiography(CAG) in six months after PCI. Conclusion Implanting of domestic sirolimus-eluting Excel stent might be safe and effective in patients with ACS.
