康赛宁治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

目的探讨康赛宁腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法55例恶性胸腔积液患者分为腔内注射顺铂组(A组,27例)与腔内注射康赛宁组(B组,28例)。观察比较两组的近期疗效及癌细胞阴转率、健康状况、外周血免疫指标变化和副反应。结果B组的近期疗效及癌细胞阴转率、健康状况改善程度均明显优于A组(P<0.01),B组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及NK细胞活性均高于治疗前(P<0.05);而A组治疗前后免疫指标测定值无显著差异。结论康赛宁腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。

The Clinical Effect of Intraplearal Injection of Kanserin in the Treatment of Malignant Plearal Effusion

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of intraplearal injection of kanserin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods 55 patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided into two groups. One group received intraplearal injection of DDP (group A, n =27), the other group receive intraplearal injection of kanserin (group B, n =28). The therapeatitc efficacy, the changes of tumor cells in effusion, performance, immunological criteria and the side reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The response rate,the negative conversion rate of tumor cells and the improvement of performance of group B were significantly higher than that of group A (P<0.01) .The positive of CD4, CD4/CD8 and the activity of NK cells showed marked elevation in group B as compared with those before treatment. Conclusion The kanserin has better efficacy in treating malignant pleural effusion , and has no increase in the side reactions.
