| 摘 要： | 本文总结了用硝普钠治疗AMI并发泵衰竭28例临床资料。根据治疗前左心功能和血压水平,分组讨论其剂量与疗程;并将不同程度泵衰竭对硝普钠的疗效分组列表,进行了统计学处理。结果:有效率85.7%;在无血流动力学监测的条件下,只要严密观察临床指标,应用硝普纳同样可行。

| Abstract: | The clinical data of 28 cases of acute left-sided congestive heart failure after acute myocar-dial infarction treated with sodium nitroprusside were analysed. The dose and course werediscussed on the basis of the left ventricular function and blood pressure level before treatment:tables to indicate the effect of sodium nitroprusside were given to analyse and evaluatestatistically pump failure of different degree. It a obvious that good results (effective of85.7%) could be obtained when sodium nitroprusside was used. without monitoring hemo-dynamics so long as there existed careful clinical inspection. |
