| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药结肠透析对早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法：52例患者随机分为A（对照组）、B（治疗组）,每组26例。两组均予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予中药结肠透析,疗程为14d,观察治疗前后血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）的变化。结果：两组患者的血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）均有下降,治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组。结论：中药结肠透析对早中期慢性肾衰竭有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating chronic renal function failure in TCM colon dislysis |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM colon dislysis on treating early metaphase of chronic renal function failure. Methods： 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 26 in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the treated group was given TCM colon dislysis more for 14 days. The variations of Scr and BUN before and after treatment were compared. Results： The contents of Scr and BUN in both groups decreased, and the effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher. Conclusion： TCM colon dislysis had good efficacy on treating early metaphase of chronic renal function failure. |
