舒利迭对哮喘患者小气道功能及变态反应指标的影响

目的：观察舒利迭对哮喘患者小气道功能及变态反应指标的影响程度。方法：选取2011年7月～2013年2月于本院进行治疗的60例哮喘患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（30例）和观察组（30例），对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用舒利迭，比较两组治疗前和治疗后第4、8周时的小气道功能相关检验指标及变态反应指标。结果：观察组治疗后第4、8周时的血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白（ECP）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、嗜酸粒细胞（EOS）水平均低于对照组及治疗前，Mch激发实验及肺通气指标也均优于对照组及治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：舒利迭对哮喘患者小气道功能及变态反应指标的影响较大，有助于改善哮喘患者的疾病状态，应用价值较高。

Influence of Seretide on small airway function and allergy indexes of patients with asthma

Objective： To observe the influence of Seretide on small airway function and allergy in- dexes of patients with asthma. Methods：A total of 60 patients with asthma admitted in our hospital from July 2011 to February 2013 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by half. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, while patients in the ob- servation group were treated with Seretide, then the small airway function related indexes and allergy inde- xes of two groups before treatment and at forth and eighth week after the treatment were compared. Re- suits：The serum ECP,IL-4 and EOS levels of observation group at forth and eighth week after the treat- ment were all significantly lower than those of control group and those before the treatment,Mch stimula- tion test and pulmonary ventilation indexes were all significantly better than those of control group and those before the treatment （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Seretide is effective on small airway function and allergy indexes of patients with asthma, and it can help improve status of patients with asthma. It is highly valuable in clinical application.
