灯盏细辛对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及血液流变学的影响

目的：探讨灯盏细辛对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能和血液流变学的影响。方法：58例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组29例。两组患者均给予常规治疗：糖尿病饮食（优质低蛋白饮食），控制血糖（皮下注射胰岛素），观察组给予灯盏细辛注射液30mL静脉滴注，1次／d，2周为1个疗程，观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学及生化指标的变化情况。结果：两组治疗后血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率均较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组各血液流变学指标明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、血肌酐（SCr）、尿素氮（BUN）、总胆固醇（Tc）、甘油三酯（TG）水平均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组各肾功能指标水平较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：灯盏细辛能改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能，减轻肾损害，在肾血流改善方面疗效明显。

Effects of erigeron breviscapus on renal function and hemorheology of patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective= To explore the effects of erigeron breviscapus on the renal function and he- morheology of patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods=Fifty-eight DN patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 29 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given conventional treatment, including diabetic diet （high-quality low-protein diet） and glyeemic control （subcutaneous insulin injection）. Besides, observation group was intravenously injected with 30 mL of erigeron breviscapus injection, once a day and 2 weeks as one course of treatment. The changed conditions of hemorheology and biochemical indexes of patients were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. Results= High blood viscosity （HBV）, low blood viscosity （LBV）, plasma viscosity （PV） and platelet aggregation rates （PAR） of 2 groups after treatment all decreased obviously compared with troutment before, and after treatment, HBV, LBV, PV and PAR in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group. By comparison to treatment before, the levels of urinary albumin excretion rate, SCr, urea nitrogen, total cholesterol and triglyeeride conspicuously reduced in 2 groups after treat- ment, and the decreased ranges of observation group were markedly lower than those of control group af- ter treatment. Oonclusions：Erigeron breviseapus can enhance the renal function of DN patients, alleviate renal damage and has significant therapeutic effects in the improvement of renal blood flow.
