血清HE4、FS及CA125在卵巢癌患者中的表达及其诊断价值

目的：研究人附睾分泌蛋白4（HE4）、软泡抑素（Fs）、糖链抗原125（CAl25）在卵巢癌患者血清中的表达情况，探讨其在卵巢癌中的诊断价值。方法：选择因盆腔包块拟行手术治疗的患者90例作为研究对象，根据术后病理证实分为卵巢癌组（28例）和良性包块组（62例），并选择同期健康体检者20例作为对照组，检测并对比分析三组受试者血清中HE4、FS及CAl25水平。结果：卵巢癌组HE4、FS及CAl25明显高于良性包块组和健康对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；以HE4〉150pmol／L、FS〉1．51μg／L以及CAl25-35U／mL作为阳性参考值，三项联合诊断为卵巢癌的敏感度为92．9％，特异度为78．6％。结论：血清HE4、FS及CAl25在卵巢癌患者中显著升高，联合三项检测可提高鉴别卵巢癌诊断的敏感度。

Expression and diagnostic value of serum HE4, FS and CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer

Objective： To study the expression of human epididymis secretory protein 4 （HE4）, follistatin （FS） and carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125） in serum of patients with ovarian cancer so as to in- vestigate their diagnostic value in ovarian cancer. Methods. The 90 patients scheduled for surgical treat- ment from March 2012 to March 2013 due to pelvic mass were chosen as research subjects. According to the postoperative pathological test results, these patients were divided into ovarian cancer group （28 ca- ses）, benign mass group （62 cases）. Twenty healthy women over the same period were taken as control group. Levels of serum HE4, FS and carbohydrate antigen CA125 were detected in all subjects. Results= The HE4, FS and CA125 levels in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than that in be- nign mass group and healthy control group showing significant difference （P〈 0. 05）. Using HE4 150pmol/L, FS）1. 51 μg/L and CA125）35U/mL as positive reference values, the diagnosis sensitivity and specificity of ovarian cancer were 92.9% ,78.6G, and CA125 are significantly increased in patients with respectively. Conclusion： Levels of serum HE4, FS ovarian cancer. The joint inspection of these three values may improve the diagnosis sensitivity of ovarian cancer.
