序贯疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染性胃溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨序贯疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）感染性胃溃疡的临床疗效及其安全性。方法：将我院收治的HP感染性胃溃疡患者97例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予序贯疗法治疗，对照组给予传统三联疗法治疗，观察两组临床疗效及预后情况。结果：观察组HP根除率为96．6％（57／59），溃疡面直径为（1．29±0．48）mm，临床总有效率为94．9％（56／59），对照组HP根除率为78．9％（30／38），溃疡面直径为（3．62±0．57）mm，临床总有效率为84．2％（32／38），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；随访24周，观察组HP再感染率、临床症状积分及血清炎性因子水平均显著优于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：序贯疗法能显著提高HP感染根除率和临床疗效，对预防HP再感染和溃疡复发也具有积极意义。

Clinical efficacy of sequential therapy on gastric ulcer in patients with HP infection

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and security of sequential therapy on gastric ulcer in patients with HP infection. Methods： According to a stratified randomization method, 97 cases of gastric ulcer patients were divided into the observation group and control group, the control group was giv- en conventional triple therapy, the observation group was given sequential therapy, then observe the clini- cal efficacy and prognosis. Results： HP eradication rate was 96.6%（57/59） in the observation group and 78.9%（30/38） in the control group （P〈0.05）, the diameter of ulcers was （1.29±0.48） mm in the ob- servation group and （3.62±0.57） mm in the control group （P〈0.05）, the clinical total effective was 94. 9% （56/59） in the observation group and 84.2% （32/38） in the control group（P〈0.05）. According to follow up of 24 weeks, the observation group cal symptom score, HP re-infection rate difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. radication rate of HP infection and clinical re-infection and ulcers recurrence. was significantly better than the control group in aspect of clini- and serum levels of inflammatory factors showing significant Conclusion.- Sequential therapy can significantly improve the e- efficacy, it has important clinical value for the prevention of HP
