摘    要:目的:利用反相高效液相色谱法测定黄连中3种生物碱的含量,鉴定其质量标准。方法:用反相高效液相色谱法测定川黄连中小檗碱、巴马亭以及药根碱的含量,色谱柱选择C18色谱柱,以乙腈一水为流动相,在345nm下检测小檗碱、巴马亭以及药根碱标准品的峰面积和出峰时间,计算川黄连中3种生物碱的含量。结果:小檗碱、巴马亭以及药根碱的峰面积分别为536.35931、143.11522以及88.73728。计算出川黄连中的3种生物碱的含量分别为5.38%、1.38%以及1.06%。小檗碱、巴马亭以及药根碱加回收率试验显示,3种生物碱的回收率分别为103.8%、103.8%以及117.4%。川黄连的精密度检验为RSD是0.8%,精密度较高。结论:反相高效液相色谱法测定黄连中生物碱的含量灵敏度高,精密度高,可以为黄连的质量监测和药效评估提供有利依据。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the content of three alkaloids in Coptis chinensis root with RP- HPLC and to test its quality standard. Methods: RP-HPLC was used to test the content of berberine, pal matine, jateorhizine in Coptis chinensis root from Siehuan. The chromatographic column was C18 chroma- tographic column, with acetonitrile - water as mobile phase. Test the peak area and peak time o{ herberine palmatine, jateorhizine under 345 cm, and calculated the content of three alkaloids in the root. Results: the peak area and peak time of berberine, palmatine and jateorhizine were 536. 359 31,143. 115 22 and 88. 737 28under 345 cm. The content of three alkaloids in the root were 5.38%, 1.38% and 1.06%. Re covery root w tent of rate of three alkaloids were 103.8%, 103.8% and 117.4%. Precision inspection of Coptis chinensis as RSD (0.8%).
