子痫前期血清sVEGFR-1和sEng水平与血压变化的相关性研究

摘    要:目的通过对子痫前期患者产前血清中可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sVEGFR-1)与可溶性内皮糖蛋白(sEng)水平的检测,探讨其与血压变化的相关性。方法 2011年7月至2012年1月在辽宁朝阳市中心医院入院的41例子痫前期患者(晚发型19例,早发型22例),与同期19名正常孕妇,对其产前进行取血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测血清中sVEGFR-1和sEng水平,比较sVEGFR-1和sEng与血压变化的关系。数据采用Pearson检验进行相关性分析。结果子痫前期两组的产前血清sVEGFR-1和sEng均明显高于对照组(P<0.001),两因子增高呈显著正相关(r=0.719,P<0.001),其中子痫前期早发型组升高最明显,与正常组和晚发型组比较差异极显著(P<0.001)。Pearson检验显示,各组产前孕妇血清sVEGFR-1和sEng水平分别与平均动脉压(MAP)呈显著正相关(r=0.622,P<0.01;r=0.522,P<0.01)。结论产前孕妇血清sVEGFR-1和sEng水平协同变化与孕妇的血压显著相关。

Abstract:study the serum levels of soluble endoglin (sEng)and soluble vascular endothelial ptor-1(sVEGFR-1)in pregnant women with preeclampsia, and explore the correlation sVEGFR-11evels and blood pressure. Methods: Forty-one preeclamptic patients including 22 mild & 19 severe preeclampsia patients and 19 normal pregnant women in Chaoyang Central Hospital, Liaoning province from July 2011 to January 2012 were enrolled in the study. The serum sEng and sVEGFR-1 levels in all the subjects were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)method. The blood pressure was also recorded. The pearson analysis was used to evaluate their correlations. Results: The prenatal serum levels of sEng and sVEGFR-1 in both mild and severe preeclampsia patients were significantly higher than those in the normal pregnant women(P〈0. 001). The sEng and sVEGFR-1 levels in severe preeclampsia group were also higher than those in mild preeclampsia group (P〈0. 001). Furthermore,the sEng levels were positively correlated with sVEGFR-1 levels(r=0. 719 ,P〈0. 001). Pearson analysis showed that prenatal serum levels of sEng and sVEGFR-1 in all pregnant women were significantly correlated with mean artery pressure(MAP)respectively(r= 0. 622, P〈0.01;r=0. 522, P〈0.01). Conclusions: The prenatal serum levels of sEng and sVEGFR-1 in pregnant women were obviously coincreased, and they were positively correlated with blood pressure.
