原发性男性高血压患者血尿酸与超敏C反应蛋白相关性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨男性原发性高血压患者血尿酸与超敏C反应蛋白水平在病情进展中变化的相关性。方法:随机选择男性原发性高血压患者150例,1、2、3级患者各50例,检测并比较其血尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平,同时设立健康对照组。结果:1、2、3级原发性高血压患者尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),随血压级别的升高,血尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平均同步升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);1、2级,2、3级,1、3级之间血尿酸比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),3级患者超敏c反应蛋白较1、2级明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:男性原发性高血压患者尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平明显增高,且二者有明显相关性,尿酸对超敏C反应蛋白具有促进作用。二者可能与高血压发生的血管炎症和损伤因素有关,有效控制血压可明显降低血尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation between uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level in male patients with primary hypertension. Methods: One hundred and fifty male patients with primary hypertension in stage I (n=50), 11 (n=50) and 111 (n=50)were selected. The lev- els of uric acid and hs-CRP were detected and compared with healthy control group. Results: The levels of uric acid and hs-CRP in each group was significantly higher than that of healthy control group(P〈0.05). The levels of uric acid and hs-CRP were significantly increased along with rising hypertension(P〈0.05). There was significant difference in hs-CRP between patients at different stage. And increase in hs-CRP of patients at stage III was more significant than those at stages I and II (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Male pa- tients with primary hypertension have significantly increased uric acid and hs-CRP levels, which are closely associated with hypertension. induced vascular inflammation reduced by effective control of Uric acid can increase hs-CRP level, they may be related with hypertension- and damage. Moreover, the levels of uric acid and hs-CRP can be obviously hypertension.
