孟鲁司特钠对支气管哮喘患者过敏反应相关指标的影响

目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠对支气管哮喘患者过敏反应相关指标的影响。方法：选取我院收治的112例支气管哮喘患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各56例，其中对照组患者给予糖皮质激素、长效J32受体激动剂等常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前、后的中性粒细胞（％）、嗜酸性粒细胞（％）。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率为83．93％，对照组总有效率为67．86％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前两组中性粒细胞（％）、嗜酸性粒细胞（％）差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后观察组嗜酸性粒细胞（％）显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患者能明显降低嗜酸性粒细胞（％）等过敏性指标水平，临床效果显著。

Effect of montelukast sodium on allergic reactions related indicators of patients with bronchi- al asthma

Objective= To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium on allergic reactions related indicators of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods- A total of 112 cases with bronchial asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half. Patients in the control group were treated with corticosteroids, long-acting beta 2 agonists and while patients in observation group were treated with conventional treatment, based on the addition of montelukast treatment. The clinical ef- ficacy, neutrophils and eosinophils of two groups were compared, as well as before and after treatment. Results= After treatment, total effective rate of observation group was 83.93%, and the rate was 67.86% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference in the percentage of neutrophileosinophils or eosinophils before treatment and after treatment （P dO. 05）. Conclusions： Montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients can significantly reduce the percentage of eosinophils, and other inflammatory allergic indicators. It has significant clinical effect.
