血清尿酸水平检测在慢性肺心病患者心衰严重程度评估中的预测价值

摘    要:目的:分析血清尿酸水平在慢性肺心病(CCP)心衰程度评估的价值。方法:将100例CCP患者按NYHA心功能分级法分为三组,采用尿酸酶法检测血尿酸水平,并将检测结果与30例健康者比较。结果:CCP组高尿酸血症发病率为58.00%,高于健康组的36.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.0S);CCP组尿酸水平为(462.7±109.5)肚mol/L,高于健康组的(341.8土102.1)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Ⅳ级组尿酸水平为(491.5±112.6)μmol/L,高于I-Ⅱ级组的(351.2±102.8)μmol/L(P〈0.01)、III级组的(421.8±107.1)μmol/L(P〈0.05);血尿酸与LVED呈正相关(P〈0.01),与LVEF呈负相关(P〈0.01)。结论:CCP患者血尿酸水平与心衰程度呈正相关,血尿酸水平检测可作为评估心衰程度的可靠指标。

Value of serum uric acid level for prediction of heart failure severity in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the value of serum uric acid level for prediction of heart failure severity in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods. A total of 100 chronic pulmonary heart disease (CCP) patients were divided into three groups according to serum uric acid levels, and the test results were compared with 30 healthy controls. Results: Incidence of hyperuricemia of CCP group was higher than the healthy group (58.00% vs 36.67%, P〈0.05) ; uric acid levels of CCP group was higher than the healthy group (462.7±109.5 μmol/L vs 341.8±102.1/,mol/L, P〈0.05) ; uric acid level of 1 grade group was (491.5±112.6) μmol/L, higher than (351.2±102.8) μmol/L of the grade I - II group (P〈0.01), and (421.8±107.1)μmol/L of the 11I grade group (P〈0.05). Serum uric acid level was positively correlated with LVED (P〈0.01), and negatively correlated with LVEF (P〈0.01). Con- clusion: Serum uric acid level of CCP patients is positively correlated with severity of heart failure indicating it can be used as a reliable indicator for evaluating severity of heart failure.
