摘    要:对青藏高原不同海拔高度248名正常成人血中氧自由基含量进行测定。结果表明:随着海拔升高,人体血中SOD含量降低,MDA含量升高,有非常显著差别(P<0.01),提示氧自由基可能参于高原病的发生发展过程,对久居高原人群应该采用自由基清除剂,清除体内过多的自由基,减少对人体损害而预防高原疾病的发生。

Abstract:This paper reports the measurement of blood oxygen free radical in normal adults who live in various height sealevel in QinHai-Tibet plateau. The purposc of this study was to discover the relationship betteen height sea-level and blood oxygen free radical. The results suggest when the height sea-level rised, the SOD of blood would reduce and the MDA would increase (P<0.01). The defference is signifcant. It shows that oxygen free radical may participate in the happenning and development pcocess of mountain sickness. So if oxygen free radical scavenger is used for the people who lives in the plateau,it will clean extreme free radical and deduce the injury that the oxygen free radical cause to the body and prevent mountain sickness from happening.
